If you click on the highlighted link to the right it will send you to Guild Quality's website; the surveying company with whom we work. On their website you will notice a button located on the right side in the middle of their home page called "Respond to a Survey". Click on this button and you will be directed to a page where you will have to give your survey code. This code was given to you by Guild Quality, either in an email or by phone. From there you will be directed to our survey.
