Workmanship is guaranteed for the life of the original owner so long as he or she continues to own the home and occupy as his or her primary residence. This provision shall not be to any commercial or other type of use of the premises. Rhino Builders, Inc. shall provide a two-year workmanship warranty for work performed by its subcontractors, subject to the foregoing limitations. 


Rhino Builders, Inc. will replace or repair at no charge to the original homeowner, for the first occurrence only, any product installed Rhino Builders, Inc. that is accidentally damaged by the homeowner for a period of one full year from the date of installation up to $100.00 in labor and materials. 


Rhino Builders, Inc. will make an annual inspection of the project for (1) year from the date of installation to ensure the homeowner that the project is in good working order. The Homeowner shall be required to call or write Rhino Builders, Inc. to schedule an anniversary appointment. Rhino Builders, Inc. will make the inspection within ten (10) working days. 


You are hereby assured that Rhino Builders, Inc. will provide the fairest available price for the work specified in our Agreement under Contract Date shown. If you should receive a written offer from a qualified Contractor (see definition below) to perform the service set forth in our agreement assuming the same specifications and using comparable materials and with otherwise comparable terms and conditions, at a lower price, Rhino Builders, Inc. will, alternatively make an appropriate reduction in the total amount to be paid. Rhino Builders reserves the right to decline any project if it is unacceptable to its core values.  


Rhino Builders, Inc. guarantees that each type of product will carry a manufacturer’s guarantee and/or warranty.  

The foregoing TOUGH ON QUALITY GUARANTEE shall exclude any defects, damage or any other problems caused by abuse, alteration, negligent care, misuse or other improper care of treatment. Damage resulting from acts of God, i.e. fire, flood, storm, earthquake, tornado, wind or otherwise, or other damage or damages insured or insurable is also excluded.  

The foregoing TOUGH ON QUALITY GUARANTEE shall exclude all such routine and normal maintenance requirements that by their very nature need to be periodically reapplied, repaired or replace, etc., i.e. including, but not limited to paint, caulk, grout, stain, water sealant, etc.  

The foregoing TOUGH ON QUALITY GUARANTEE shall not apply to any item that at any time carried a Manufacturer’s Guarantee and or Warranty, or to any work, or product that was performed or installed by a sub-contractor, whether or not any of the foregoing is then covered under any such warranty coverage except as stated in the  WORKMANSHIP GUARANTEE ABOVE. All workmanship shall conform to the guidelines found in the publication Residential Construction Performance Guideline for Professional Remodel and Remodelers, National Association of Home Remodel 1996, as amended from time to time. If an item is not covered in that publication, standard industry practice shall govern. 


  • Be a Registered Corporation by the State of Kansas and Missouri.  

  • Must have a separate office and employ no less than 4 full time employees.  

  • Be a Member of the National Association of the Remodeling Industry (NARI).  

  • Have a minimum of one Nari Certified Remodeler CR on staff.    

  • Must provide a written scope of work detailing exact specifications covering materials and labor including all labor meeting NAHB standards. All materials must be equal to those being used by Rhino Builders on this project.  

  • Must provide a warranty equal to the TOUGH ON QUALITY GUARANTEE.  

  • Maintain a minimum of two million dollars general liability insurance with an insurance carrier authorized to do business in the State of Kansas and Missouri and carry a workman’s compensation insurance policy on all workmen.  

  • Lead Certified in the State of Kansas and Missouri. 


Any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to the Assurance of Lowest Price shall be settled by arbitration in Kansas City, Kansas in accordance with the commercial arbitration rules of the Better Business Bureau Care Program, and judgment upon the award rendered by the arbitrator(s) may be entered in any Court of competent jurisdiction.
